This was a weird poem because the person who wrote the poem likes this one girl or something and said at every sentence would you laugh.Or hes trying to help him feel good it just sounded weird to me.But I liked it how it started with IF.My question to the character is why are you make somebody laugh or make them feel better? Or are you just talking to yourself? I selected this poem because it's like the If poem I made in class.

ReplyDeleteRyan, it appears as though you really didn't understand what the poem was about. What "mask" does the narrator wear during school? What does the poem reveal or show you how she truly is? What does she wish for? How did the poem sound? What words or figurative language did the author use to create imagery and meaning? You must read more than once to get to the heart of it. You can do this. Remember the activity we did...draw what you see, list powerful words, make connections, now explain what it means to you.
